These statistics detail the response times for customer and advisory services provided by telecommunications operators in Finland. The data is collected from specific telecommunications operators four times a year. The statistics are produced by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom.

Definitions
Traficom has required certain mobile, broadband and television operators to publish their customer service response times for consumers. However, there are no provisions on how to organise customer service or the maximum response times.
